Swedish Speaking Customer Consultant

• Takes care of our customers via phone and email
• Is responsible for card support and account administration
• Manages new orders and registrations
• Advice our customers regarding station campaigns and products
• Provides outbound service and follow-up calls to customers

• Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them
• Can communicate in Swedish and English (both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Swedish customers and colleagues
• Likes to work in a fast-paced environment and with various systems
• Is eager to learn new things and develop their skills
• Has previous experience in customer service (it will be considered as an advantage)
