Swedish Speaking Customer Consultant

• Take care of our customers via phone and email
• Be responsible for card support and account administration
• Manage new orders and registrations
• Advise our customers regarding station campaigns and products
• Provide outbound service and follow-up calls to customers

• Passion for communicating with people and finding the best solutions for them
• Ability to communicate in Swedish and English (both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Swedish customers and colleagues
• Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment and with various systems
• Eagerness to learn new things and develop your skills
• Previous experience in customer service will be considered an advantage
• Valid work permit from the EU/EEA
