We are seeking a commercially driven VIP Account Manager with native Swedish language skills to manage and grow our client's operator portfolio within the Swedish-speaking market. You will act as the primary point of contact for their Swedish B2B clients, building strong long-term partnerships while driving platform adoption and revenue growth. Based in Europe with remote, regional work, you will collaborate across our client’s teams to serve a diverse client base. Relocation is not offered for this role.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the main relationship owner for a portfolio of Swedish-market B2B clients
Onboard new clients
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance discussions
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs
Monitor client KPIs and proactively address retention risks
Represent client feedback internally to help shape product development
Attend relevant industry events and trade shows as required
Requirements:
Native Swedish speaker with strong written and verbal English
2+ years of account management or client-facing experience
Understanding of the Swedish iGaming market and its regulatory landscape is a strong advantage
Confident communicator with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
