Job Description

Our client delivers a holistic suite of services, from digital marketing and tailored tech development to outsourced staffing and CRM. You will join a team that values partnerships, growth, and practical solutions. We are seeking a commercially driven VIP Account Manager with native Swedish language skills to manage and grow our client's operator portfolio within the Swedish-speaking market. You will act as the primary point of contact for their Swedish B2B clients, building strong long-term partnerships while driving platform adoption and revenue growth. Based in Europe with remote, regional work, you will collaborate across our client’s teams to serve a diverse client base. Relocation is not offered for this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the main relationship owner for a portfolio of Swedish-market B2B clients
  • Onboard new clients
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance discussions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs
  • Monitor client KPIs and proactively address retention risks
  • Represent client feedback internally to help shape product development
  • Attend relevant industry events and trade shows as required

Requirements

  • Native Swedish speaker with strong written and verbal English
  • 2+ years of account management or client-facing experience
  • Understanding of the Swedish iGaming market and its regulatory landscape is a strong advantage
  • Confident communicator with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
