Job Description:

The role will lead our wealth lending/premium financing offering, developing system tools, control and monitoring environment, and product solutions with the purpose of growing this business and helping HSBC attain a stronger position in sustainable wealth lending space. The role is to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the wealth lending running without any material deficiency and default. The role will cover wealth product management, project management, and suitability controls to support future business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Develop wealth lending and premium financing to improve customer engagement and retention, and business reporting, and tracking, also grow AUM
Establish and manage end-to-end product life cycle, promotion and training, trading and execution, to existing portfolio monitoring and monitor the customer lending portfolio status and provide MI to front-line staff, ensuring no customer default
To deliver world-class solutions to retail and affluent clients seeking to grow, protect, preserve, or transfer their wealth
Engage with internal and external network of product and services providers to deliver an institutionalized offering
Work closely with project team to implement new product solutions and services
Keep the pulse of the competitive environment and industry trends
Coordinate with Head of PDM&S to oversight all WPS related governance and controls, ensuring all processes meet internal and external requirements

Requirements:

University or above graduated
Proven track records and seasoned experience in banking industry and in related product lines (investment and lending) as essential with other wealth product or project management experience is plus
Trust Pledge experience is preferred
Experience in establishing a business and coordinating resources
Good English communication and MS Excel, Word and power point skill
Trust Managerial Personnel License and Financial Sense and Ethics are prerequisites
