Job Description:

The SVP, CLEAR Travel Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving the CLEAR+ business through strategic partnerships and corporate sales. This is a revenue driving B2B2C commercial position that has P&L ownership, will lead high-performing teams, contribute to the strategic direction of the business, and represent CLEAR in the marketplace.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive revenue for CLEAR’s travel business (CLEAR+) through strategic partnerships and corporate sales, owning revenue strategy
  • Create new Home-to-Gate partnership opportunities and expand existing strategic relationships across CLEAR’s travel products and services
  • Build CLEAR Travel Corporate Membership effort, developing sourcing strategy, pipeline management, go-to-market motion and account management driving a new membership channel
  • Implement systems, processes and tools that enable a growing sales and implementation team with clear incentive systems and reporting to drive increases in member retention, LTV and CAC Payback for national and SMB partnerships and accounts
  • Build and coach teams that embody CLEAR'S values and results orientation

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B2C partnerships, sales, marketing, or commercial strategy, preferable in the travel and/or consumer space
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in high-growth, scaling or subscription businesses with a technical product
  • Strong commercial mindset and financial acumen
