Job Description

As SVP Sales & Marketing, you will lead EverWell’s global go-to-market strategy across Timely and SalonBiz, shaping customer acquisition, commercial growth, market expansion, and organisational alignment across multiple regions, brands, and teams. This is a role for a commercially sharp, highly collaborative, and emotionally intelligent executive who can bring greater clarity, prioritisation, and operational discipline while preserving the culture, energy, and trust that already exists within the business.

  • Lead EverWell’s global go-to-market strategy across Timely and SalonBiz
  • Shape customer acquisition, commercial growth, market expansion, and organisational alignment across multiple regions, brands, and teams

  • Scaling US growth and establishing stronger GTM clarity across regions

  • Strengthening alignment across Product, GTM, Customer, RevOps, and Commercial teams

Requirements

  • Senior executive experience leading Sales & Marketing or broader commercial functions within SaaS or technology businesses
  • Experience building and scaling GTM strategy across multiple regions or markets
  • Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and prioritisation
  • Experience improving acquisition efficiency, scalable growth, and commercial performance
  • Confidence operating within matrixed or globally distributed organisations
  • High emotional intelligence and strong executive communication skills
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Customer, RevOps, and Commercial teams
