Job Description:

The SVP, Product, CLEAR1 will own the end-to-end product strategy, execution, and evolution of CLEAR’s CLEAR1 product portfolio, in support of healthcare, workforce and consumer business lines. This role is accountable for building a scalable, enterprise-grade platform that powers CLEAR’s B2B growth while maintaining the trust, security, and performance required by our most regulated partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the CLEAR1 product portfolio end-to-end, defining the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Drive platform evolution to support SaaS growth, new business models, and global scale balancing configurability, security, and operational excellence while also improving end user verification experiences for different verticals
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers and government partners, evangelizing product strategy, incorporating feedback, and ensuring CLEAR1 meets real-world regulatory and operational needs
  • Influence company-level strategy by articulating CLEAR1’s current and future capabilities, competitive differentiation, and investment tradeoffs to executive leadership
  • Partner deeply with Engineering, Data, and Design leadership to ensure CLEAR1 is reliable, scalable, compliant, and extensible for enterprise customers
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product team of Individual Contributors, setting clear expectations for ownership, quality, and outcomes across multiple teams
  • Establish strong product operating rhythms, roadmap planning, metrics, reviews, and decision frameworks to drive accountability and execution at scale
  • Represent CLEAR externally with strategic partners, customers, and industry stakeholders to drive alignment around identity standards and platform direction
  • Shape Product org culture raising the bar on clarity, customer obsession, measurement, and innovation across the broader product team

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, including senior leadership roles owning complex platform, B2B or SaaS portfolios
