Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, People Advisory. This role will involve supporting people managers and employees in navigating complex HR issues, driving continuous improvement in HR services, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The position also entails influencing HR strategy, ensuring adherence to internal control standards, and acting as an escalation point for complex inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Support people managers and employees in resolving complex HR challenges
Relationship manage and coordinate support for multi-area HR inquiries
Support complex interpretation of policy and procedures
Provide coaching and encourage adoption of HR systems
Use case and knowledge management tools to improve workforce experience
Support the employee and industrial relations strategy
Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
Act as an escalation point for complaints or service failures
Deliver training and briefings
Partner with internal teams to identify HR service improvement opportunities

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience across Employee Relations, Performance & Reward, and Learning & Talent Development
Ability to understand complex situations and provide clear guidance and challenge
Accurate and detail conscious, able to quickly spot errors in data and gaps in information
A proactive self-starter with a customer-focused approach
Evidence of ability to motivate and improve performance in others
Ability to develop strong working relationships within the wider function
Understanding of the business environment to align advice with business goals
Experience managing the people aspects of change programs
