Job Description

Citi is looking for a Senior Manager, Technology Product Management to be the HR lead of a high-impact platform migration program (including a data warehouse and a data lake) to an advanced platform — while owning the long-term product strategy for a critical enterprise data platform portfolio. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of technology and business strategy, with direct accountability for shaping platform direction, influencing executive stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the business end-to-end program to migrate from the platforms, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and quality standards
  • Own the strategic roadmap for the data platform product portfolio, translating long-term vision into prioritized investment decisions and actionable plans
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to align platform strategy with organizational priorities, and serve as the primary point of contact for senior business and technology leaders
  • Define and communicate platform product requirements, release goals, and design direction for a large-scale enterprise portfolio
  • Drive a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making by embedding test-and-learn practices across the product team
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs continuously, present performance reviews to executive audiences, and develop resolution plans for issues that affect delivery outcomes
  • Lead and develop a team of product management professionals, including full people management responsibility covering hiring, performance, coaching, and budget oversight
  • Ensure all product and platform decisions are made with appropriate risk awareness, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and ethical standards

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in product management, platform strategy, or a related technology leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver complex enterprise technology products in high-growth, fast-changing environments
  • Experience leading and managing technology teams, with the ability to develop product management talent and build high-performing teams
  • Ability to construct and present robust business cases using data, metrics, and analytical frameworks to support investment and prioritisation decisions
  • Track record of operating at a senior stakeholder level, with strong skills in influencing, negotiating, and communicating across business and technology functions
  • Experience owning end-to-end product requirements, platform design direction, and release planning for large enterprise portfolios

Nice to have

  • Experience with data warehouse platforms, migration programmes, or enterprise HR technology systems
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies applied to platform and user experience development
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as technology, business, or engineering

What we offer

  • Hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely
  • Senior leadership visibility with regular engagement at executive level
  • Full program ownership on a high-priority, enterprise-scale migration initiative
  • Access to learning and development resources
  • Comprehensive wellbeing and financial benefits package
  • Discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards
  • medical, dental & vision coverage
  • 401(k)
  • life, accident, and disability insurance
  • wellness programs
  • paid time off packages including planned time off (vacation), unplanned time off (sick leave), and paid holidays
