We are seeking a senior, globally minded FIX Engineering Leader to head our Global Client Onboarding function within the Equities Electronic Technology organization. This role is designed for a 15+ year industry expert who brings strategic vision, hands-on FIX domain expertise, and proven experience leading large, distributed, high-performing teams in complex, regulated, front-office environments. This role is not purely operational. It is a platform leadership position, responsible for shaping the future of Citi's client connectivity landscape, modernizing FIX capabilities, driving engineering excellence, and proactively partnering with business and technology leaders to enable growth across global markets.
