We’re looking to bring on a SVP of Global Digital Marketing to lead at the intersection of culture, technology, and creativity. We drive impact across all touchpoints — from social storytelling and audience growth to CRM, paid media, and global activations — with innovation and agility at the core. This team is fully integrated with our advertising, data, and tech ecosystems, and partners closely with artists, managers, platforms, and internal stakeholders across content, commerce, and analytics to architect campaigns that scale globally. We’re also building for the future with a focus on AI-native marketing strategies and deeper collaboration across Bertelsmann’s verticals — from media to publishing — unlocking unique creative and commercial opportunities for our artists.

  • Translate artist narratives into compelling campaign concepts
  • Champion the artist’s voice in every execution
  • Break new artists by building unforgettable campaigns
  • Grow and reimagine catalog through culturally resonant campaigns
  • Design and execute global strategies that scale audience growth, performance marketing, and operational excellence
  • Position BMG as a leader in digital audience marketing
  • Collaborate closely with DSP teams, regional/local teams, and platform partners
  • Maintain deep fluency in the evolving marketing landscape
  • Reporting: Define and track KPIs
  • Monitor social, streaming, and paid media metrics
  • Report monthly revenue performance against goals

Requirements:

  • Extensive senior-level experience in music, entertainment, or a world-class brand
  • Deep understanding of cultural relevance, audience connection, and global marketing execution
  • Keen to lead the transformation of our paid media approach by integrating AI-powered solutions
  • Deep understanding of audience diversity
  • Strong relationships and proven track record of success with key social and digital platforms
  • Proven experience leading and developing high performing teams as well as partner relationships
  • First class written and verbal communication, with outstanding interpersonal and networking skills
What we offer:
  • 25 days pro-rated annual leave, plus 3 days between Christmas & New Year and an extra day for your birthday
  • Flexible working opportunities
  • Subsidised gym membership
  • Private Health Insurance
  • Competitive pension scheme
  • All parents, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, will receive 6 months of fully paid parental leave
