Requirements

  • Solid experience in Sustainability, Social Value, CSR, or a related B2B role
  • Understanding of Vodafone’s Purpose and the broader social and environmental landscape
  • Fluency in social value frameworks like TOMs and the UK Government’s Social Value Model
  • Pro at managing projects—on time, on target, and with impact
  • Successfully worked with external partners, from charities to suppliers, to deliver shared value
  • Confident engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive sustainability forward
