Job Responsibility

Deliver tailored, hands-on support to a small group of participants, ensuring a highly consultative and responsive approach to individual needs

Offer person-centred assistance to individuals transitioning from school to work, supporting their journey with empathy and strategic guidance
Facilitate workplace integration by providing on-site support once employment commences, helping participants adjust and thrive in their roles
Collaborate with employers to offer consultation and support, promoting inclusive practices and sustainable employment outcomes
Design and implement personalized learning strategies that scaffold each student’s transition from school to further education, training, or employment
Advise students on meaningful post-school pathways, helping them build functional and fulfilling lives aligned with their strengths and aspirations
Engage directly with students through school-based sessions, while also offering services within community settings and APM offices
Conduct dynamic workshops covering topics such as employer networking, personal development, skill building, social-emotional learning, and career planning
