Sustainability Specialist

• Coordinate environmental, health, and safety risks to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment
• Responsibility for managing the EHS area (occupational safety, fire protection, environment) for both Czech plants
• Risk analysis and implementation of preventive measures
• Development and implementation of EHS and ESG processes from an ISO and global methodology perspective
• Collaboration with management in coordinating related activities
• Setting indicators and overseeing their effective implementation
• Updating documentation in accordance with legislation and ISO standards
• Employee training

• Bachelor's degree in EHS-related fields and practical experience (min. 3 years)
• or a combination of experience, education, and training demonstrating the required skills
• Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in an international manufacturing company
• Proficiency in English at B2 level
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Independence, systematic thinking, ability to organize work

Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 9001 standards is an advantage
