Your main task will be to coordinate environmental, health, and safety risks to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment at NTS CZ.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate environmental, health, and safety risks to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe working environment
Responsibility for managing the EHS area (occupational safety, fire protection, environment) for both Czech plants
Risk analysis and implementation of preventive measures
Development and implementation of EHS and ESG processes from an ISO and global methodology perspective
Collaboration with management in coordinating related activities
Setting indicators and overseeing their effective implementation
Updating documentation in accordance with legislation and ISO standards
Employee training
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in EHS-related fields and practical experience (min. 3 years)
or a combination of experience, education, and training demonstrating the required skills
Previous experience in a similar position, ideally in an international manufacturing company
Proficiency in English at B2 level
Good knowledge of MS Office
Independence, systematic thinking, ability to organize work
Nice to have:
Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 9001 standards is an advantage
