Job Description:

In this role, you will manage projects to drive electrification and efficiency improvement, engage stakeholders from across our organization, and perform our carbon accounting for internal and external reporting. You will support the development of our annual sustainability report and ensure our data drives real change. You will be part of the Group Sustainability team at Instabee, but you will also work very closely with our Operations, Finance, and Tech departments. You won't be siloed; you will act as a bridge across the organization to collect data and communicate performance insights. You will report to the Sustainability Director.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage projects to drive electrification and efficiency improvement
  • Engage stakeholders from across our organization
  • Perform our carbon accounting for internal and external reporting
  • Support the development of our annual sustainability report
  • Ensure our data drives real change
  • Project set up & tracking: Scope projects including cost-benefit analysis, define KPIs, and run effective meetings
  • Sustainability / carbon accounting: Perform our carbon accounting model and logic according to GHG Protocol
  • Data collection: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to collect data related to sustainability metrics
  • Reporting: Develop sustainability performance reports and data submissions, e.g., annual sustainability report and EU Taxonomy report
  • Hands-on project support: Step in with analytical support where needed

Requirements:

  • Educational background in engineering, business, or sustainable development
  • 2–5 years of experience in sustainability
  • Experience managing projects end-to-end and leading small groups or workshops
  • Deep knowledge of GHG Protocol and experience working with large data sets to drive insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Self-driven and proactive with a hands-on approach
  • thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
