Job Description:

Lead exciting decarbonization projects and build a sustainable future with a leading global FMCG company. Deliver large-scale sustainability projects in Japan focused on decarbonization and energy-saving initiatives. Manage all aspects of project delivery from initial planning and design through to construction and closeout, while building strong client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of multiple sustainability projects
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Oversee all project phases, including design, construction, and closeout
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
Report on project progress and financial performance regularly
Support the development of sustainability solutions for ambitious customer goals

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree in a technical field or related discipline
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project management, ideally within sustainability or energy-saving sectors
Experience managing complex projects (50k - 1m EUR budget) in a demanding environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English and Japanese is required
Strong understanding of sustainability technologies and practices is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
