Sustainability Project Manager

• Lead the comprehensive management and execution of the project, including planning, team coordination, and ensuring timely achievement of project milestones and objectives
• Develop and implement sustainability policies that align with the company’s strategy and meet European market requirements
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and integrate best practices
• Collect and analyze critical sustainability data to support carbon accounting processes
• Provide regular updates on project progress, outcomes, and sustainability metrics
• Supervise and refine carbon and cost accounting processes to promote efficient, sustainable operational practices that reduce environmental impact
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive effective communication, integrate resources, and align with sustainability goals, fostering engagement and commitment among employees and partners

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sustainability management, project management, or a related field within the logistics or similar industries, with strong skills in data analysis
• Familiarity with European environmental standards, sustainability frameworks, and regulations, with a proven ability to apply these in practical project settings
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate resources across departments and achieve consensus
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytical skills, capable of handling complex data and process management

proficiency in additional languages, especially Mandarin Chinese
