As a Sustainability Project Manager specializing in E-Mobility & Charging Infrastructure, you'll be at the forefront of implementing key sustainability initiatives that support TUI's environmental goals and vision for a greener future.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of sustainability projects focused on e-mobility and charging infrastructure, ensuring all milestones and outcomes are successfully achieved
Transform programme roadmaps into detailed project plans with clear timelines and deliverables that drive our sustainability agenda forward
Ensure all actions and interventions comply with applicable sustainability standards and regulations, keeping TUI at the forefront of responsible business practices
Manage project-level risks, issues, and dependencies, with appropriate escalation when impacts arise
Coordinate activities among various stakeholders involved in sustainability projects, building strong relationships across the organization
Propose innovative initiatives that promote sustainable development within TUI and the broader society
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering cross-functional projects, ideally in sustainability, operations, supply chain, or transformation environments
A project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) would be advantageous
A degree in business, sustainability or a related field
A good understanding of sustainability topics and in particular profound subject-matter expertise and experience in e-mobility and charging infrastructure
Excellent planning and execution skills, with the ability to manage timelines, milestones, and dependencies effectively
Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills across functions and project teams
A high level of initiative with a structured, methodical approach and willingness to innovate and drive change
Very good written and spoken English skills, including the preparation and presentation of decision papers
