Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and monitor activities aimed to obtain Energy Environmental Sustainability Certifications such as LEED, GBC Historic Building, WELL, BREEAM, in the various design phases
Coordinate the support activities required to obtain Certifications during the construction phase, both from Client and Contractor side
Coordinate the application of Minimum Environmental Criteria (MEC) for buildings, Street Infrastructure, Street Lighting, Urban Green, Street Furniture, in both civil and infrastructural areas and in both design and construction phases
Draft LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and LCC (Life Cycle Costing) analyses
Prepare technical bidding documents for national tenders and competitions (report and graphic diagrams)
Conduct site inspections

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil or Environmental Engineering or in Architecture
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in similar roles in technical firms or engineering companies
Accredited Professional – AP (LEED, GBC HB, WELL, BREEAM) qualification preferred
Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, Autocad and OneClick LCA software
Good knowledge of English
