As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. The Sustainability Manager will lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies for large-scale event production. Working closely with the venue operator and key stakeholders, this role ensures that all operations align with defined environmental targets, focusing on waste reduction, resource efficiency, and responsible sourcing. The role involves establishing practical processes, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement to deliver measurable sustainability outcomes across all phases of the event lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and implement the sustainability plan for all grandstands and fan zones, ensuring alignment with FOM requirements and local public-sector regulations
Coordinate with production, logistics, F&B, cleaning, waste management, and suppliers to integrate sustainable practices into design, build, operation, and dismantling phases
Oversee materials compliance (recyclability, sourcing, reuse options), including audits of construction methods, temporary structures, and vendor sustainability credentials
Manage carbon-footprint assessments related to grandstand construction, fan-zone operations, energy usage, transport flows, and waste processes
Plan and supervise waste-segregation infrastructure, recycling systems, and operational procedures throughout all fan-facing and back-of-house areas
Prepare required documentation, sustainability reports, certifications, and justification memos for authorities and event stakeholders
Monitor sustainability KPIs during the event and post-event, identifying improvement opportunities for future editions
Requirements:
Proven experience in sustainability, environmental management, or ESG within large-scale events, venues, or live production environments
Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks (e.g., ISO standards, carbon accounting, waste management practices)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including venue operators and suppliers
Experience setting targets, tracking KPIs, and delivering measurable impact
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
