Job Description:

Join a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to sustainability in the manufacturing sector! As a leader in eco-friendly practises, our client is committed to reducing environmental impact and enhancing sustainability across all operations.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with teams on sustainability accreditations (BREEAM, WELL, LEED)
Gather literature for compliance and transparency
Conduct assessments of internal processes for improvement
Lead the annual BCorp review and ensure continuous progress
Manage the Renew programme for furniture reuse
Oversee ESG reporting and promote sustainability at industry events
Develop policies and track emissions for carbon neutrality by 2030
Engage clients with presentations on sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in sustainability management, ideally in furniture or construction
Strong knowledge of sustainability certifications and standards
Experience in implementing sustainability policies and reporting
Excellent collaborative and communicative skills
Strong leadership abilities to drive change and influence stakeholders
A passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship

Nice to have:

Familiarity with ISO and FSC standards
Experience in carbon lifecycle documentation
Insight into supply chain sustainability
