Job Responsibility

Lead the preparation of annual sustainability/ESG reports in alignment with global standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, etc.)
Monitor and interpret emerging regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC climate disclosure rules) and advise leadership on compliance strategy
Develop internal reporting frameworks and dashboards to track progress against sustainability KPIs and targets (e.g., carbon footprint, energy use, water, waste, DEI metrics)
Coordinate third-party verification and assurance processes for sustainability data, as required
Maintain a compliance calendar and ensure timely submission of required filings (e.g., emissions reporting, energy audits, waste tracking, chemical reporting)
Liaise with regulatory bodies and auditors during environmental inspections, compliance reviews, and reporting cycles
Support development and implementation of internal policies and procedures related to environmental compliance, responsible sourcing, and ethical business practices
Identify and assess compliance risks related to sustainability and lead corrective actions or process improvements
Develop and manage systems and tools for accurate data collection, validation, and reporting across departments
