Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, environmental economics, economics or a similar relevant tertiary qualification
Several years of experience in managing complex projects, including digitalisation projects
Experience in leading projects in a manufacturing environment

Job Responsibility

Work closely with all the technologies in the factory to ensure responsible management of the production system
Manage sustainability 'lighthouse' projects at the Debrecen plant, including the preparation of management templates & decision-making processes and monitoring the execution phase
Represent and promote lean and sustainable mindset in the plant including the steering support of the local process excellence and sustainability circle
Actively support the work of the local Process Excellence and Sustainability team by initiating new ideas and seeking improvement opportunities
Manage strategic processes and ensure that process excellence and sustainability indicators and targets are met
