Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies and industry stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities
  • Support training team on training content development
  • Work with marketing to develop content for social media
  • Assist BD team during quotation stage with regards to time, resources and cost
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are submitted with quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards
  • Manage the localization of technical content and approaches for sustainability projects/products/services at the country level
  • Build local capacity and expertise through training and knowledge transfer
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients and internal teams
  • Willing to guide sustainability colleagues and ensure team continuous improvement
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members
  • Assist colleagues, particularly inexperienced assessors or those unfamiliar with clients' business/technology and assist in the induction and coaching of new colleagues as requested

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of working experience in sustainability
  • Possess technical knowledge of ISO14064, ISO14067, Green House Gas (GHG), Carbon Footprint, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Sustainability - Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and relevant Sustainability Report Assurance (SRA) -e.g GRI, AA 1000, ISAE 3000, IFC, IFRS - and national and international standards
  • Resourcefulness in identifying talent and fostering industrial partnerships
  • Passion for sustainability and a strong drive for growth
  • Comfortable working in a strong service environment, with excellent interpersonal, written, and general communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively persuade and influence others
  • Self-motivated and independent, with effective execution power
