Job Description

Airbus SAS is looking for a Sustainability Data Manager (f/m) to join our Communication and Sustainability department based in Toulouse, France. You will join the Airbus sustainability reporting and disclosure team, a critical function that consolidates information from global sites, transforms complex data into strategic insights for top management decision-making and for external communication including regulatory disclosure and rating agency.

Job Responsibility

  • Collect environmental information from sites, ensure proper consolidation in central tools, on a monthly / quarterly basis
  • Coordinate forecast exercise, providing relevant support to the sites
  • Ensure data reliability by performing quality, consistency and completeness checks
  • Support Environmental Reporting Manager in tracking of our environmental performance (e.g., CO2 & Energy, Water, VOC)
  • Ensure Environmental Reporting tool maintenance, users management and provide support, acting as first entry point for the ERT users
  • Manage/implement the setup and configuration of the ERT the annual and monthly reporting campaigns
  • Under the lead of the ESG Rating Manager, answer rating agencies questionnaires, leveraging on existing public disclosure
  • Identify missing expected information
  • provide feedback to concerned internal stakeholders and engage with them to assess the best way forward
  • Assess and capture opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance data quality and process efficiency

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in global data consolidation and management, preferably within sustainability, environmental, or non-financial reporting
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the capacity to identify complex patterns, data inconsistencies, and underlying drivers of performance
  • Ability to rapidly acquire and apply new technical frameworks (e.g., understanding of the GHG Protocol and other key environmental reporting methodologies like TCFD or GRI)
  • Use of AI and prompting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging effectively with global sites, functions, and other team members to ensure alignment and cooperation
  • Fluent in english
