Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience at the cutting edge of sustainability reporting. As a Sustainability Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sustainability and greenhouse gas (GHG) assurance programmes by analysing client data, validating calculations, and contributing to high‑quality reports used for regulatory compliance and customer communications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review and validate client data packs, including sustainability and GHG datasets
  • Check emission calculations and cross‑reference activity data
  • Verify information extracted from invoices and utility bills (energy, water, waste)
  • Confirm use of correct emission factors from recognised international databases
  • Work collaboratively with Lucideon’s senior auditors (project leads)

Requirements:

  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
  • A strong command of MS Excel and good overall IT competency (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A good understanding of data flow and databases
  • An inquisitive mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills and confidence in virtual meetings (MS Teams)
  • A professional, friendly approach
