Job Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to manage end-to-end and pep+/ Sustainability communications, internal and external, making their added value tangible both internally and externally -media and customers-. It also coordinates Social impact projects. In a fast-paced environment, the main goal is to engage multiple stakeholders in the company’s strategy, focusing on topics such as regenerative agriculture, emission reductions, logistics, and plant operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end and pep+/ Sustainability communications, internal and external
  • Coordinate Social impact projects
  • Highlight company milestones in the media, to customers, and other external stakeholders
  • Partner with Plant Managers, Agriculture, and the entire Supply Chain functions
  • Manage content across various company channels
  • Responsible to manage and spread all E2E company activity and coordinate / issue on the external and internal channels
  • Activates “always on” and delivers proper action plans
  • Events organization and execution
  • Coordinates all the pep+ agenda in the MU as well as coordinates the Green Teams
  • Develop communications plans for social impact projects
  • Coordinate volunteering activities on site with the support of green teams
  • Reaching +1.500 frontliners, creating from scratch and launch communications standards
  • Leading the digitalization Internal Communications agenda
  • implementation of Frontline mobile Application and screens standardization investments in factories across SWE

Requirements:

  • University degree in Journalism, Public Relations or a related field and/or a diploma in Corporate Communications
  • At least 8 years of experience in communications, in a multinational company and or preferably in a PR Agency
  • Ability to create, develop and execute internal and external communication plans
  • Experience in a media and/or internal – external agency as a must
  • Proven experience on events management
  • Proven track on employee engagement campaigns
  • Media management experience, ideally familiar with the media landscape and for Sustainability and E2E operations
  • Solid digital skills: PWP presentations, social media, newsletters channels (internal and external)
  • Outstanding writing and proofreading
  • Spanish native level, English as a top priority and preferably Portuguese
  • Ability to create and prepare business engaging presentations
  • Desired: design and video self production / editing capabilities
