As a Sustainability Analyst, you play a critical role in shaping our company's sustainability strategy and performance. You drive reporting, certifications, and regulatory compliance, support decarbonisation, and maintain key data tools. You also deliver customer-facing environmental impact services, strengthening our market position by turning complex sustainability requirements into actionable business value.

Job Responsibility:

  • You prepare and support company-wide sustainability reports, disclosures, and external audits
  • You collect, validate, and document sustainability data for internal and external reporting
  • You ensure compliance with key regulatory and voluntary frameworks (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, ISO standards)
  • You coordinate inputs for certifications and external assessments (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP, ISO audits)
  • You track and analyse Scope 1, 2, and supply-chain Scope 3 emissions and support reduction initiatives
  • You maintain and improve internal tools, dashboards, and datasets to monitor decarbonisation progress
  • You contribute to customer-facing environmental impact services, including analyses, calculations, and workshop materials in collaboration with sales and consulting teams

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of professional experience
  • Experience or strong interest in sustainability, ESG, or climate topics
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • confidence working with data and assumptions
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain analyses to non-experts
  • Structured, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive
