S3 Restaurant is looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Cook to join our high-energy, fast-paced culinary team on Fort Lauderdale Beach. If you take pride in precision, creativity, and consistency — and thrive in a high-volume, upscale environment — we want to meet you.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare sushi and raw bar items to S3 standards
Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Keep sushi station clean, stocked, and organized
Work closely with chefs and BOH leadership to execute service smoothly
Requirements:
Experience preparing sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty rolls
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of fish handling, storage, and sanitation standards
Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently during high volume
Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
