Requirements:

  • Be fluent in English
  • Have already been working as a Sushi Chef in a busy environment
  • Have an eye for detail
  • always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest pair of hands
  • Strong knife skills and ability to present great looking sushi plates
  • Have a ‘Ja Tak’ attitude (Ja Tak is a Danish phrase meaning "Yes, Thank you")
