Job Responsibility:
Execute the preparation and presentation of sushi and Japanese dishes in accordance with standards of quality, freshness, hygiene and consistency
Prepare sushi (traditional and special rolls), sashimi, nigiri and other products from the assigned menu
Handle fish and seafood in strict accordance with hygiene and food safety regulations
Keep the sushi station clean, organized, stocked, and operational throughout the shift
