Job Description:

Execute the preparation and presentation of sushi and Japanese dishes in accordance with the standards of quality, freshness, hygiene and consistency defined by the Soya Sushi Bar / El Sushi Restaurant brand, guaranteeing a high-level gastronomic experience for our customers, under a professional, organized and results-oriented work environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute the preparation and presentation of sushi and Japanese dishes in accordance with standards of quality, freshness, hygiene and consistency
  • Prepare sushi (traditional and special rolls), sashimi, nigiri and other products from the assigned menu
  • Handle fish and seafood in strict accordance with hygiene and food safety regulations
  • Keep the sushi station clean, organized, stocked, and operational throughout the shift

Requirements:

  • Entry Level (1-2 years) experience
  • Food Handler certification/license
