Job Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cooks and kitchen team members in accordance with Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill brand standards
Determine food presentation, plating techniques, garnish, and decorative displays to ensure visually appealing, high‑quality dishes
Ensure proper portion control, arrangement, and presentation of all menu items prior to service
Monitor food production levels to maintain freshness, minimize waste, and support service demands
Communicate menu specials, recipe changes, and out‑of‑stock items to Food & Beverage service staff in a timely and professional manner
Prepare special meals or approved substitutions to accommodate guest preferences or dietary requirements
Assist cooks and kitchen staff with preparation, cooking, and plating as needed
Ensure cooks have all necessary tools, ingredients, and supplies to perform their duties efficiently
Monitor inventory levels of food and kitchen supplies and report needs to management
Maintain accurate kitchen logs in compliance with food safety regulations and the food safety program
Conduct quality checks and immediately notify management if food products fail to meet Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill specifications
Requirements
Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Related Work Experience: 4 to 6 years of related work experience
Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience
