Marketing Manager to lead growth, CRM, and product adoption initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and lifecycle performance through data-driven strategies, strong cross-functional leadership, and disciplined execution. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution. They should be comfortable managing agencies, partnering with Product, Finance, Digital Transformation, Sales, and commercial teams, and translating global strategies into effective local execution. This role also owns CIB management and supports short-, mid-, and long-term sales forecasting, with clear visibility into the most effective and profitable growth channels.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Data Science or Related
Required experience in similar position: more than 7 years
