Job Responsibility
Cadastral and land transfer surveys
Subdivision design and delivery
Field surveys including topographical and set-out work
Survey data processing and plan preparation
Landonline lodgement and council approvals
Working alongside planners, engineers, and project teams
Senior professionals will also have the opportunity to: Lead projects and provide technical oversight
Mentor junior staff
Influence project outcomes and client relationships
Requirements
Experience in cadastral and land development
Familiarity with Landonline, 12d, Civil3d or similar tools
A good understanding of New Zealand survey practices and standards
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
For senior candidates: Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or working towards licensing
Experience delivering LD projects end-to-end
Confidence working with clients, councils, and multidisciplinary teams
