Job Responsibility

  • Cadastral and land transfer surveys
  • Subdivision design and delivery
  • Field surveys including topographical and set-out work
  • Survey data processing and plan preparation
  • Landonline lodgement and council approvals
  • Working alongside planners, engineers, and project teams
  • Senior professionals will also have the opportunity to: Lead projects and provide technical oversight
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Influence project outcomes and client relationships

Requirements

  • Experience in cadastral and land development
  • Familiarity with Landonline, 12d, Civil3d or similar tools
  • A good understanding of New Zealand survey practices and standards
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • For senior candidates: Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or working towards licensing
  • Experience delivering LD projects end-to-end
  • Confidence working with clients, councils, and multidisciplinary teams
