Job Description:

As a surveyor with us, you’ll dive into a dynamic role where no two days are the same.

Job Responsibility:

Consult with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
Assist with preparing comprehensive proposals and managing budgets to ensure project success
Work with field crews, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in survey operations
Conduct thorough deed and survey research and review to inform project decisions
Perform field work associated with land surveying, engineering, and construction projects, including setup, data collection, and quality control
Utilize CAD software to prepare precise drawings and documents
Conduct survey computations with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:

Proficiency in CAD design with experience in Civil 3D preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy
Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying preferred
Registered Professional Surveyor in the State of Ohio or on survey licensure track
