This is a role for a Surveyor who enjoys working at the intersection of field precision and digital capability. From 3D scanning and UAV capture to construction set-out on major developments, you’ll be using modern tools and strong systems to deliver work that genuinely shapes the region.
Job Responsibility:
Manage projects across timeframes, coordination and stakeholder expectations
Liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and councils
Deliver clear, accurate reporting and documentation
Contribute to a strong technical culture
Stay responsive and solution-focused when projects shift or timelines tighten
Work on major staged alpine construction developments
Work on high-density apartment and residential construction set-out
Work on large-scale infrastructure and transport-related projects
Contribute to specialist 3D scanning and reality capture projects, producing intelligent datasets
Requirements:
Experience in construction surveying across medium to large-scale projects
Experience in running complex set-out and site investigations
Experience in 3D laser scanning and reality capture
Experience in general surveying, including topographical and land development work
Experience in UAV surveys and data capture
Fluency with 12D and robotic total station software
Ability to manage projects across timeframes, coordination and stakeholder expectations
Ability to liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants and councils
Ability to deliver clear, accurate reporting and documentation
Ability to contribute to a strong technical culture
Ability to stay responsive and solution-focused when projects shift or timelines tighten
