Surveyor

• Ensure customers’ wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do

• Support customers throughout their tenancy
• Ensure homes remain safe and managed to the highest standard
• Take ownership of surveying properties within Eastleigh, Southampton and surrounding areas
• Engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations
• Use excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to tenancy

Relevant degree or HND/HNC level in Building Surveying or equivalent construction related qualification
