Job Responsibility
Carrying, setting up, and safely securing ladders on site
Acting as the dedicated 'ladder man' ensuring strict health and safety protocols are maintained at the base while the surveyor works at height
Assisting the surveyor around the properties, clearing site access, and moving equipment
Logistics: Meeting up with the lead surveyor in the morning and travelling together in the surveyor's vehicle to various local sites (lift-sharing)
Requirements
Valid CSCS Card
Good physical health and comfort working with ladders/heights
Having your own car/transport is handy, though you will primarily be travelling in the surveyor's vehicle during the day
Right to work in the UK
Nice to have
Experience in gardening, handymen work, or fabric maintenance
Experience in warehouse work, telecoms/vending machine technician, or retail staff who are used to being active and on their feet all day
