Job Description:

Proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to assist in the construction industry, located just outside Stirling city centre. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both people and systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone
  • Navigating and updating a Microsoft-integrated CRM platform to manage client and project data
  • Reviewing technical reports from the Surveying team for accuracy
  • Entering and maintaining data across various internal databases
  • Supporting document creation and editing using Microsoft Word
  • Using Excel daily to input data and apply filters
  • Creating basic presentations using PowerPoint when needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
  • Confident and courteous telephone manner
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems and data entry
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience within a customer service or administration
  • Previous experience of working within a similar role
