Job Responsibility:
Contribute to subdivision, infrastructure, and urban development projects
Use modern survey tools including 12d, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica, and Trimble
Requirements:
5–10+ years’ experience in cadastral and/or engineering surveying (NZ, AUS, UK)
BSurv or equivalent qualification
Licensed Cadastral Surveyor, or Survey Technician at any level
Proficient in 12d, CAD/Civil 3D, ideally with modern data workflows
Strong communicator with client-facing experience
Reliable, detail-focused, and confident working independently
NZ citizen or resident with a full NZ driver’s licence
Nice to have:
Membership (or eligibility) with Survey & Spatial NZ is a bonus
