Job Description:

GRAEF’s Survey Services has an exciting opportunity for a Survey Project Manager with experience in field procedures, topographic mapping, boundary determination, plat preparation, and project management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project Management
  • Assisting in proposal preparation
  • Overseeing survey projects from planning and execution, to data analysis and client communication, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
  • Perform occasional field work as required

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology required
  • A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
  • Must have WI PLS within 6 months of hire or be in the process of obtaining licensure
  • Experience in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Preparation of ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, Certified Survey Maps, Plat of Surveys, and Exhibits
  • Preparation of WisDOT Transportation Project Plats, Traditional Plats, and Acquisition Exhibits

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree considered a plus
  • Candidates with additional years of experience are encouraged to apply
