Job Description:

GRAEF’s Survey Services has an exciting opportunity for a Survey Project Manager with experience in field procedures, topographic mapping, boundary determination, plat preparation, and project management.

Job Responsibility:

Project Management
Assisting in proposal preparation
Overseeing survey projects from planning and execution, to data analysis and client communication, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and within budget
Perform occasional field work as required

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology required
A minimum of 3 years of applicable experience
Must have WI PLS within 6 months of hire or be in the process of obtaining licensure
Experience in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office
Preparation of ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, Certified Survey Maps, Plat of Surveys, and Exhibits
Preparation of WisDOT Transportation Project Plats, Traditional Plats, and Acquisition Exhibits

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s degree considered a plus
Candidates with additional years of experience are encouraged to apply
