Job Description

Responsible for leading a team, accountable for ensuring that all information supplied to both colleagues and clients is accurate and available in a timely manner. With advanced skills and knowledge of relevant software applications including GIS software (Mapinfo, Infonet), CCTV data systems and Microsoft Excel, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective transition of processes through the various stages and that procedures are adhered to, reporting exceptions to improve risk management. Solving problems using an analytical and critical thinking approach to issues and anomalies. Effectively communicating (both written and verbal) to explain, illustrate or document issues and solutions. Identifying coaching needs for team members and providing guidance to colleagues in best practice and new information. Responsible for positive contact with clients and suppliers to build, manage and maintain strong relationships, as well as working closely with and supporting other areas of the business to assist as required including software development and operations. Continuously identifying improvement opportunities to make efficiencies to existing systems.
