Our client specializes in Commercial Insurance & Surety, providing comprehensive services to a range of industries including heavy industrial, civil and general construction, forest products, building materials, manufacturing, and distribution. They are currently seeking a Surety Account Manager to join their team. Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain successful client and underwriter relationships
  • Manage the renewal cycle and servicing of client accounts
  • Understand suretyship and counsel clients in its application
  • Analyze documents for surety requirements and risk exposures and obligations
  • Analyze and understand bond forms
  • Issue bid bonds, performance bonds, payment bonds, license bonds, and other surety bonds
  • Issue, review, and process bond riders
  • Report, open, manage, and close claims
  • Review and check audits

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Surety experience with an independent agency
  • Currently licensed in OR or WA
  • Client-facing experience
