Supv Environmental Svcs

• Provide direct supervision, guidance and leadership to all environmental staff members
• Ensure that all services provided are comprehensive, proactive and appropriate to the needs of population served, meeting all regulatory and professional standards
• Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient and appropriate environmental services
• Serves as a member of the leadership team
• Represent the Manager in the completion of functions related to Environmental Services

• High School Diploma, Certificate of attendance, GED, or Experience
• 3 years supervisory experience required
• Previous Environmental Services/Housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Good interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations in a fast-paced crisis-oriented environment
