You'll own the full supporter experience for Movember Ireland, making sure every Mo Bro, Mo Sista, and workplace champion feels the love from the moment they sign up to long after the 'tache comes off. This means designing and delivering smart, segmented multi-channel journeys across all six audience segments, taking full end-to-end ownership of workplace fundraising from strategy through to account stewardship, and driving supporter retention and lifetime value all year round. You'll be the engine behind Platinum Club, the Almost Platinum Club pipeline, our Ambassador and SpokesMo programmes, and the post-campaign moments that turn one-time participants into lifelong Mo supporters. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Senior Fundraising Manager and global teams in the UK and AU, and you'll keep everything running smoothly, from CRM hygiene and GDPR-compliant list management to Asana project portfolios and performance reporting that actually tells a story.

Requirements
3+ years experience in fundraising, digital marketing, CRM, or supporter engagement
Proven ability to design and deliver multi-channel communications journeys (EDM, CRM, MPE)
Strong data literacy, including audience segmentation, performance analysis, and reporting
Experience managing multiple external relationships with a genuine commitment to stewardship quality
Highly organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities across a busy campaign cycle
A collaborative team player who is comfortable working with global and cross-functional teams
Nice to have
Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or marketing automation platforms (SFMC or equivalent)
Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
A background in workplace or corporate fundraising
