Job Description:

Randstad is seeking dedicated Supported Living Support Workers to join the team in Carlisle and Wigton, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independently in their own homes. This is a 24/7 service where no two days are the same. You will provide professional care and support, helping individuals with everything from daily household tasks to engaging in social activities within the local community. Flexible Rotas: We offer a range of shift patterns including mornings, day times, evenings, and weekends. Boost Your Earnings: Frequent opportunities for sleep-ins (paid at £55.00) and waking night enhancements. Meaningful Impact: You will be at the heart of our vision to enrich lives, ensuring every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. Career Growth: This role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, providing you with long-term stability and a clear career path within a supportive leadership team.

Job Responsibility:
