Job Responsibility:
Developing client's life skills and personal interests
Supporting clients with medication and ensuring they achieve their own goals and aspirations
Arranging social activities in the home and in the local community
Promoting the independence of every client we support
Requirements:
Use previous experience and/or existing transferable skills to promote independent living for all our clients
May have experience with Mental Health, Autism or Learning Disabilities in a work setting or from personal experience (this isn’t essential as we provide all the training!)
Have a natural sense of empathy and good common sense
Will have an easy-going personality and are understanding of others who may display behaviour that can present challenges
Have great organisational skills and ability to think outside the box
May be a driver with access to your own vehicle, although this is not essential
Are punctual, reliable and have the ability to think quickly and effectively
Nice to have:
May have experience with Mental Health, Autism or Learning Disabilities in a work setting or from personal experience
May be a driver with access to your own vehicle
