Job Description

As a Support Worker at Compassionate Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their independence and quality of life, making a meaningful difference in their daily experiences. Our clients vary from the elderly to adults with learning difficulties and you will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with daily routines, including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings
  • Providing personal care
  • Offering companionship and attending social activities
  • Preparing meals
  • Assisting with medication
  • Light cleaning and household duties

  • Kind nature and good communication
  • Good listening skills and willingness to learn
  • Genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
  • Can do attitude, person-centred values, energy and commitment
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a car
