About the Support Worker Role: We have Bank roles available at our Supported Living Schemes located in the North East. As a Support Worker at Compassionate Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their independence and quality of life, making a meaningful difference in their daily experiences. Our clients vary from the elderly to adults with learning difficulties and you will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs.
Job Responsibility
Assisting with daily routines, including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings
Providing personal care to those who require it
Offering companionship and attending social activities such as museum trips, football matches, meals out and visits to the gym
Preparing meals
Assisting with medication
Light cleaning and household duties
Requirements
