We're looking for a Supported Living Manager who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You'll be overseeing and supporting sites predominantly across the Merthyr area.

Requirements:
Experienced as a Service Manager or Deputy Manager within Supported Living
Must hold a QCF 3 and be working towards QCF 5
Must be able to register with Social Care Wales
Support with the growth of the portfolio
Able to manage dispersed teams
Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
Maintain accurate and clear records
Financial and/or budgetary experience
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
Good awareness of CIW legislation, updates, changes and best practice
