Job Description

We're looking for a Supported Living Manager who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You'll be overseeing and supporting sites predominantly across the Merthyr area.

Requirements

  • Experienced as a Service Manager or Deputy Manager within Supported Living
  • Must hold a QCF 3 and be working towards QCF 5
  • Must be able to register with Social Care Wales
  • Support with the growth of the portfolio
  • Able to manage dispersed teams
  • Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
  • Broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Mental Health and Learning Disabilities
  • Maintain accurate and clear records
  • Financial and/or budgetary experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
  • Good awareness of CIW legislation, updates, changes and best practice
